Georgetown Consulting, a fast growing mid-sized consulting firm based in Baltimore, Maryland had vast experience in telecom, energy, non profits and many other industries. Georgetown came to Kirk with a challenge of improving the market perception of the company, a perception that would be more in line with their accomplishments, experience and expertise. The goal was to better position the company with leading competitors such as Bain and Boston Consulting. The challenge included quickly developing a direct and creative approach for their print collateral and website. The company wanted to accurately project an image of strength, longevity, and client results.

Solution:

After several message strategy sessions, the team at Kirk Communications developed a comprehensive messaging solution for Georgetown. This approach produced an entirely new set of collateral including a new brochure that outlined the firm's capabilities, experience, solution process and results for multiple industries and customers. The new collateral reinforced the customer driven, comprehensive solution message Georgetown was seeking. To further reinforce this message Kirk planned, developed and delivered a new website for the firm in less than two weeks integrating all of the elements from the print collateral.

Results:

Due to the high level strategic input, creative design and quick turnaround on the Georgetown's website, the company was able to project an image of experience, trust, and accountability. This image has become a critical tool in selling the experience and results that Georgetown delivers to its clients.
