Erin Blair has been a sales executive for more than six years in the Portsmouth NH area. Before that Erin owned a small transportation company, women's clothing boutique and custom home construction company on Martha’s Vineyard.

Erin has a data driven analytical approach to marketing and understands that in today’s digital space, creating leads and turning those into sales is essential to every client’s success.

Prior to joining Kirk, Erin served as VP of Business Development at Global Relief Technologies, where he developed partnerships between defense contractors and other companies to provide real-time military data that allows small countries to maintain their remote borders. Erin also worked with the Maine Forest Rangers to provide custom mobile software applications for real time paperless system in the field. While working at GlobaFone, Erin worked closely with NASA to install satellite communications equipment on the Liberty Star while in the Portsmouth Harbour. This live, real-time streaming with two ships hundreds of miles at sea was a first for NASA.

Erin is the commissioner of the local youth flag football organization and is a USA certified lacrosse coach.
