Mona has 15 years of experience in web design and development. She manages a team of web application developers, UI/UX developers and graphic designers. She is the type of person that takes the initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do. She understands how to delegate tasks, playing with her team's strengths and minimizing weaknesses.

Mona has managed multiple technology projects simultaneously through full life cycle of projects from inception through completion. Involves in project scope, design, development, delivery schedule, resource requirements, integration efforts, documentation and ensures successful project completion. Her experience includes developing - static websites, mobile websites, web applications, CMS like WordPress, Joomla & Moodle, e-commerce websites in Magento, Shopyfy, os-commerce.

Prior to working at Kirk, Mona worked with educational institutes and facilitated IT technologies and CMS integration into schools. She has been a certified internet professional, holds master’s degree in English and graduated in Business Administration. She firmly believes weekends are for fun and relaxation and that the best of times are spent with family and friends.
